Terms of service

1. Access to the Website

AUPIEL strives to keep the website accessible at all times but is bound only by an obligation of means. AUPIEL reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, or restrict access to all or part of the website at any time, in particular for maintenance, security, technical updates, or for any reason beyond its control, without this giving rise to any compensation. AUPIEL cannot be held responsible for any temporary unavailability of the website, interruptions, or technical malfunctions, except in the event of a breach of its own obligations.

2. Customer Accounts

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their login credentials confidential. AUPIEL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or delete a customer account, or to refuse an order, in particular in the event of fraudulent or abusive behavior, provision of false information, or conduct contrary to these Terms or to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Where reasonably possible, AUPIEL will inform the customer of such a measure.

3. Prohibited Use

It is strictly prohibited to: interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the website; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or connected systems; use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; or extract, reproduce, or reuse the website's content other than as permitted by law. Any breach may result in the suspension of access and, where applicable, legal proceedings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including AUPIEL's creations, designs, 3D models, visuals, photographs, logos, text, and graphic elements — is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of AUPIEL. Any copying, reproduction, imitation, adaptation, or use, in whole or in part, without AUPIEL's prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance will be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution before any legal action.
