A Creation, Step by Step
FIRST STEP
Before we begin, describe your idea through our form and share your preferences. Material, gemstones or no gemstones, type of jewellery, inspirations and any specific details: each piece of information helps us understand your project and shape its first lines.
CONTACT
Aupiel will carefully review your idea and contact you by email or phone to discuss your project in greater detail, including the dimensions, proportions, finishes and any other details required to refine the creation.
PROTOTYPING
Once your project has been approved, Aupiel will bring your idea to life, incorporating the Maison’s distinctive creative signature and artistic perspective. A prototype will be presented to you before final confirmation, allowing you to discover the creation and approve the final details before production.
REALIZATION
Your jewellery piece is now confirmed. The creation then enters its production phase. Each piece is made to order, with particular attention paid to the proportions, finishes and details defined throughout the previous stages. Production generally requires a minimum of 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the creation, the materials selected and any precious or fine gemstones involved.
DELIVERY
Once your piece has been completed and carefully inspected, it is prepared with the same attention before being entrusted to you. For France, Europe and international destinations, your creation is shipped in a secure, fully tracked parcel. Within France, Aupiel also offers, where possible, personal hand delivery, providing a more personal way to receive your creation.
