Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas
AUPIEL ships its products internationally.
2. Delivery Times
-Made-to-order jewelry: minimum 6 weeks.
-In-stock jewelry: 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, or events beyond AUPIEL's control. A reasonable delay cannot give rise to cancellation or compensation, without prejudice to the customer's rights under Article L.216-6 of the French Consumer Code.
3. Carriers
Shipments may be made in particular via:
- La Poste / Colissimo
- DHL
All shipments are made with tracking. Gold jewelry may be shipped via secure, registered, or insured delivery.
4. Fees & Customs
Shipping costs are indicated at checkout, before validation of the order. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or the shipping costs. The customer is responsible for checking the import requirements applicable in the destination country before ordering.
5. Transfer of Risk
In accordance with Articles L.216-4 and L.216-5 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer when the customer (or a third party they designate, other than the carrier proposed by AUPIEL) takes physical possession of the goods. The customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and to report any visible anomaly to the carrier and to AUPIEL as soon as possible.
6. Lost Parcels
In the event of a suspected loss, a carrier investigation is systematically opened, and no action (refund or reshipment) is taken before official confirmation of the loss by the carrier. Once the loss is confirmed, AUPIEL will, at its discretion, reship the product or issue a refund.
AUPIEL declines all responsibility in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of the parcel, or failure to collect the parcel within the time limits set by the carrier.
